The feminine archetypes

Primal images of the feminine that dwell in every one of us. In my Female work I invite you to meet them, to awaken them and to bring them into a healthy balance.

Woman in a dignified, sacred posture – an emblem of the inner priestess

DariaYoga · Female

Many faces, one woman

Many figures live within every woman. At times the Queen leads us, at times the Healer comforts us, at times the Wild Woman breaks forth. These primal images – the feminine archetypes – are inner forces, voices and possibilities that we all carry within us. None is better than another; each has its time.

In my Female work – in Kundalini Yoga for women, in coaching and in women's circles – we make these archetypes tangible. We look: Which one is strong right now? Which one is buried and longs to be lived again? Where does one demand too much space? It is not about being one of them, but about being free to choose between them – and so becoming whole.

Twelve primal images of the feminine

The Healer

The Healer

She nourishes, comforts and holds space. She senses what healing needs – in herself and in others – and offers compassion without losing herself.

The Queen

The Queen

She stands in her dignity. Sovereign, clear and generous, she leads her life, knows her worth and rules her realm from inner strength, not from harshness.

The Warrior

The Warrior

She knows her boundaries and defends them. With courage, discipline and a clear yes and no, she stands up for what is sacred to her.

The Priestess

The Priestess

She is connected to the unseen. Intuition, stillness and the sacred are her home – she listens inward and trusts what she finds there.

The Wild Woman

The Wild Woman

She is untamed and all instinct. Within her live freedom, the joy of life and the original nature that lets no one tame it.

The Transformer

The Transformer

She transforms. Where something ends, she grants the courage to let go – and leads through the darkness to a new beginning.

The Wise Woman

The Wise Woman

She has lived and understood. From experience, patience and humility she draws a calm clarity – and passes on her knowledge without pressing.

The Artist

The Artist

She gives shape to the inner world. From colour, sound, movement or word she creates beauty and makes visible what is alive within her.

The Maiden

The Maiden

She belongs entirely to herself. Unspent, curious and open to the new, she begins afresh again and again – from her own centre, not for others.

The Friend

The Friend

She connects. In sisterhood, closeness and loyalty she carries and shares – the laughter together as much as the tears.

The Family

The Family

She gives a sense of belonging. Roots, care and connection weave the net in which life is held and passed on.

The Lover

The Lover

She lives from the heart. Sensuality, devotion and a deep yes to life flow through her – she loves herself and the world.

You don't have to decide which one you are. You may learn to live them all.

Meeting the archetypes

We work with the archetypes through the body and the breath: certain Kriyas, meditations and mantras awaken a force, while others soothe it. In coaching we look at which archetype shapes your current phase of life – and which one you are currently missing. In this way, an image becomes a lived experience. This happens most beautifully in the protected space of a women's circle, where we see and strengthen one another.

Which one is calling you right now?

If you would like to meet the feminine archetypes within you – in a class, in coaching or in a women's circle – feel free to write to me. I will accompany you on the way.
